Comic-Based Media
Comic-based media as a tool for communicating topics in science:

Comic-based media are visual narratives that are becoming increasingly popular as a tool for science education and communication. By transforming scientific findings with visuals, powerful metaphors, and character-driven narratives, comics hold the potential of reaching a wider audience. Science comics are created to communicate science and technology to educate the reader about non-fictional scientific concepts and themes. Many teachers and educators are experimenting with comics in their classroom, especially to support low literacy students and to spark interest in the subject.
